I cannot login on Hut even though i was playing 5 seconds before my account said error.
Its been almost 20min that i cannot enter hut
please help me get in and play pls
I'm having the same problem (on Xbox Series X), but I'm getting an error code anytime I try to go into HUT (this was after the game was stuttering with long pauses during game pauses or pauses in gameplay, then when the game finished, it wasn't filling in the menus. I restarted the game, and got nothing but error codes trying to go into HUT. I tried restarting the console, then uninstalling/re-installing, and even going to my wife's Xbox Series S to try to access my HUT.
The error code I seem to be getting a lot is: 24DA13847FB7E401-0000000000009999-e32787611CZ18FE9
I also can’t get into hut on ps5 get a data retrieve error!

Same problem and error code here also. I had bids/auctions that were stuck and not completing also. I left the game and restarted hoping it would fix that glitch only to not be able to get back in. I see posts about those problems in some other threads. Could these be related??
Same here, PS5 and the "failed to retrieve data" error. Funny though: I can enter now, but after finishing a rivals game, you get no points or objectives.
Almost impressive, how much bugs you can put in a game, 10 days after pre-launch.
