Error failed to retrieve data message

Whenever I try to play a squad battles game I keep getting this same message. ERROR failed to retrieve data; please try again later. ERROR CODE:74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-3B9E03E46FE1E6B7

@EA_Aljo What difference would that make if I can go online an do challenges but not squad battles

If it works on a completely different connection, that narrows down the issue more. I've seen a similar issue in the past where this was the case. You've got a strange issue here so I'm trying everything I can think of.

    @EA_Aljo Yup typical just as I figured no help until after Christmas. Game worked fine up until yesterday and I can still log into HUT and do challenges but not HUT rush or squad battles

    @EA_Aljo And there's is no way for me to get a live support agent there is no option
