Whenever I try to play a squad battles game I keep getting this same message. ERROR failed to retrieve data; please try again later. ERROR CODE:74A7FC65FB4D3505-0000000000009999-3B9E03E46FE1E6B7

Community ManagerYou mentioned not being able to get on at all, but then also say that it's happening in almost all your games. Were those games played before the new error not allowing you to load in to the game?
Okay, all of the things that are occurring are only within the NHL23 game online. No other Playstation games are impacted by it. This is isolated to NHL HUT Rivals where it barely works for me and has been that way for a week now. Getting into HUT will sometimes take multiple times, even after restarting and clearing saved data, sometimes it will go through automatically. It is a hit or miss, which is why I have referred Rivals as my main issue because only 1 in 11 games have gone through.

Ok. It's HUT you can't always load into. Thanks for clearing that up.
Can you get me video of what is happening? You should see the coin and points count in the post game report. Also, in case this is a graphical issue, make sure you note what these are before you play so they can be compared after.
Have you noticed this happening with any other online modes? WoC or Online Versus.
It looks like Rivals on NHL23 is no longer available for me to send you a video of it. I am not sure if this is due to the issue I reported or if there was an issue with the final week it was going to be available, but either way this seems to be a non-issue as it was escalated and my reported issue is still open. Thank you for your time.
