Faceoff Glitch from NHL 22 is Back

Can you get me a video of this from NHL 23? I'll forward it to the team. I'm not aware of any other reports of this, but if you see any, feel free to link them.

It is exactly the same as in NHL 22. Even the same work around.

It is a lot of work to record video, then transfer to my PC to upload here. I am not sure that is worth my time or energy.  Last year I provided video of it occurring while I played online versus. Shared YouTube videos of others experiencing it in CHEL and HUT. Found a work around that was 100% software related and not connection related at all.

There was no ownership on EA's part that there was a problem and it was solely blamed on my connection. I even saw you blaming it on connection issues and not telling people the work around after I brought it to your attention. That really angered me.

You guys make changes that no one asks for (eliminating presentation, blocking us from controlling our strategies in franchise, ruining Be A Pro by getting rid of minor's seasons, etc.) and refuse to change them back or compromise when there is a backlash. Modes like custom franchise are advertised when they aren't thought out fully in the most basic ways and no effort is made to resolve. People who bring up issues are ignored or have there connection blamed. Then it is wondered why there is a bunch of hostility on these forums.

I brought this face off glitch kind of to report it to you and EA, but mostly so anyone else who deals with this annoying issue can know the simple work around to deal with it. I honestly don't expect it to be fixed.

There are instructions for uploading videos here. It doesn't require sending them to your PC.

So I was playing WoC with a buddy of mine and this face off glitch occurred. Same work around of hitting the center PlayStation button then reentering the game.

So as with the videos I previously posted of other people online who had the issues with in HUT and WoC, I can confirm that it happen to me in WoC. Please see the videos I have posted in the past.

Please fix this in NHL 24.
