I tried a different cable as well with the same result.
I also had this issue once while using my cell's hotspot.
Altough because of the connection speed and my data limitation, playing on this hotspot's connection isn't ideal even for testing.
I did a reset of my modem/router many times.
We're currently investigating this, but it's happening a lot more frequently than other reports of it. Which makes me think this might be connection related. Have you talked to your ISP to see if they are noticing anything?

I haven't been able to buy now on auction house for a about a week now. I'm getting this same error then kicking me out of the game. can you please fix it for me ?

- martmet3 years agoNew Vanguard@EA_Aljo Hey So I asked my ISP to do some testing and I was told that signal wise or locally with my devices, there is no issue detected.
We still did the usual resets and preventive maintenance but I played again this morning and the same issues happen again and again in all modes.
So hopefully the investigation that is ongoing will get somewhere because it's really frustrating to be kicked out of hut randomly. thanks! - EA_Aljo3 years ago
