FAILED TO RETRIEVE DATA NHL

So every time I try to change my nhl lineup it says failed to retrieve data error code and random numbers. I have tried to reinstall game change internet make new lineup and nothing works. Can somebody help?

    Hello, @Kuhala27 

    Try creating a new lineup and set it to active. Make sure this step is not missed. If that doesn't help and you have TOTW players from the current TOTW in your lineup, try removing them. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

  • I don't have any players on my lineup and when I put one player it says errorcode and back to main screen and the new lineup thingie doesn't work

    @Kuhala27 

    Are you just copying your lineup? If so, completely create the new lineup from scratch. Manually put each player in. If that still doesn't help, try swapping out each player with a different one. It's possible there is an item that is causing this to happen.

  • Didn't work either tried to put active and put every player on of time

    Did you try using completely different players? Is there a difference if you autofill the positions?

  • Kahala, if you're playing on Xbox x then all you have to do is:

    Create a new lineup and autofill the lineup by highest overall. From there you can then make changes. It's not perfect but at least you can play. If you try doing it any other way you will get the dreaded error code. If you're on PS5...can't help you sorry .....
