Just starting happening esterday, get the following and attached error when trying to load world of Chel. Not concerned of any modes but just this mode.
Failed to retrieve data, please try again later
PS5
Wired connection
Reinstalled game
Restarted the system
Could anyone tell what the error code means and if there's a resolution?

There is an issue with those using AT&T as their ISP that is preventing WoC from loading. We're also investigating this, but are very limited since this appears to be on their end. As soon as I have some news, I'll provide an update.
Edit: AT&T has resolved this so you should be able to log in to WoC again. Please let us know if there are any other issues.
I'm currently having this issue off and on I have changed my DNS cleared my alternate MAC. Restarted modem and device, deleted data, re-installed the game. I have AT&T fiber it happens randomly at night.
I have two friends with this same exactly problem. It’s not a hardware issue as they’ve cycled their routers and hard reset their Xbox 3 times within the last 30 mins. They are currently located in the Texas. Any issues on your end?
