@VeronicatheCD I can’t say I fully agree, simply because I don’t think adding extra settings means more customization. For example the salary cap setting… it’s hardly a setting, like Beauts80 explained better than I did in a different thread.
There is less player customization for sure. Way less. Can’t edit attributes, play style position etc during franchise mode. Can’t edit strategies anymore. Can’t edit coaches/coaches aren’t adaptable like they should be. Players preferences aren’t adaptable like they should be.
Custom leagues can’t have expansion drafts. Can only control one team. It’s an overglorified franchise mode. Slapping paint on a pile of crap. It’s still a pile of crap under that paint. Can’t give Gretzky his 99. I mean I understand what you’re saying, I just don’t fully agree that’s all

@heavydutyrammer That was already gone in 22. But I don't consider that customization with the mode - though I can see how you might consider it part of the customization.
- @VeronicatheCD Yes I think it’s more of a perspective thing, as offline players have different preferences on how to play things, etc etc
