Game freezes in Be A Pro while simulating between shifts

Downloaded and installed an update and the problem seemed to go away… for a while. Then EA added some dumb VAIN equipment update, and it started happening again way more often than before. Also, I can’t even see my player in edit player, just the loading circle. What’s up EA? This is getting ridiculous, since the game came out up until now, there’s been these issues…

Yup, still happening. This game is unplayable, and the last time I'm giving EA any of my money. I'm done. After buying every EA NHL game since the PS1, this is the worst one. STILL have cosmetic glitches from years ago- strange that EVERY person has the same amount of goals as my BaP, and conversations written by AI, constant gamebreaking glitches, can barely get through an entire game without it softlocking somehow, and honestly that's just the tip of the iceberg. Burn it down, EA is a joke of a company.

just started happening to me and i have been playing since release on ps4.  has now froze in 3 of last 4 games and noting to do except exit.

Has been happening to me for the last two weeks. Playing on a PS5. Very frustrating as it almost always happens later in the game (3rd period) I played through about 15 be a pro games before it started happening now its every few games. 

EA do you have a fix for this issue? If not I want a refund on my game purchase as it's not worth playing if it freezes during simulation. It is now happening every time I try to play a game in be a pro mode. Also why is there now way of reporting this through the game like you can with mobile games? I feel it would be more helpful to get direct support instead of posting to a message board that goes unnoticed.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Gameplay freezes while simulating for the next shift in middle of game. All the commands from the controller become unresponsive and only option is to close the application.
What happens when the bug occurs? Game goes unresponsive, with looping skate sound and "simulating....." rolling but time does not go further.
What do you expect to see? Freezing to stop.

Hi.

While playing BE A PRO match and simulating between shifts the game freezes and controller goes unresponsive.

There is nothing I can do except close the application.

It is really ruining my experience of the game.

Happens now almost constantly.

Its really frustrating to go through more than half of the game with 20 min periods, and then the game freezes.
