Game takes forever to launch
Not sure what the issue is here, EASHL was acting buggy; not loading me into lobbies, taking forever to leave games at the end with it saying “cleaning the ice” for way longer than usual, commentary ...

Community ManagerThis sounds like the hard drive in your console is about to fail.
A replacement hard drive may be required soon so make sure you have anything you need from that drive backed up to another drive or to cloud storage.

@EA_BarryWell would you look at that, I did a full factory reset of the Xbox instead of choosing to keep my games and apps and now the game loads right up
Thankfully I didn’t take your poor advice and fork over money for a new hard drive or console when it’s pretty obvious now, if it wasn’t already before, that it was something associated with your games files, most likely introduced through one of your updates since there wasn’t any issues until recently, that was causing the issue when all other games were working like I said
Stop selling people broken trash retread games year after year that crash and mess with the hardware
