Get rid of offline restrictions

- Let me edit my strategies in Franchise Mode.

- Stop having the AI change cap hits to get under the salary cap when Franchise Mode starts - make them forced to get under the salary cap by the end of pre-season.

- Let me edit players attributes, position and potential in franchise mode.

- Allow me to edit strategies in Be a Pro as well - it is an absolute joke when my team is dumping the puck in and refusing to forecheck WHILE LOSING.

    @WildeBEAST32 It’s been years of requesting these features and they either get shut down or ignored, every year. It’s disheartening.
