I merged your posts to the already existing thread on this. The Rivals rewards issue has been resolved, but if we have any other news on this, we'll provide an update.
I was ultimate in div. 2 and they gave me the lowest rewards possible 13.000 coins . When in reality it should have been 80.000 coins when I saw the rewards for my div an ranking
I had the exact same thingbhappen to me except I was 1 level below ultimate but received the lowest coins possible?!?!? What a terrible start to this game. It's made me decide not to invest any money into it whatsoever from here on in......
Same problem here - was supposed to get Ultimate but got rewards way less than that. I also have a glitch that shows the points required all at zero, been like that the whole time:

Honestly EA, are you seriously not just going to give everyone our Ultimate packs given your mess up? Get this thing over with?
99.9% of your players stopped playing because we thought we had the top packs.
I dont even want to play rivals this week as the levels are still messed up!
I bought the Ultimate edition, paid more money for packs first week, and you have a major glitch and don't rectify it for your customers.....
