Got rivals rewards but they are not the right ones

Ps5 I should have got ultimate but recieved platinum rewards

    I merged your posts to the already existing thread on this. The Rivals rewards issue has been resolved, but if we have any other news on this, we'll provide an update.

Okay thanks TTZ. That said, I can't seem to find anything as far as any resolution anywhere? Fingers crossed, they somehow are able to sort this out.
