Hacking
This game is an absolute joke, im done.it’s only for people who glitch and cheat. How much do I need to spend to win???
Wrong title :P
theres no hacking that i've seen in the game, just a lower standard of playing style.
the game isn't what it use to be, if you're looking to play competitive and have fun, rivals isnt for you. it's a complete different level of playing where players use the software engineering to their advantage. the game has little to do with the players on the ice. you either need to play like the others or jump ship, I know it's unfortunate but there's not too many choices unless you want to play offline squad battles which isn't the same variation of opponent play. you'll notice that most of your opponents gameplay is identical, almost feels like a bot.
work on your D and learn to defend the exploits, it's mentally exhausting but that's what it takes. some of these guys are trying to make a living playing the game, lol.
A lot is connectivity. EA won’t spend a nickel getting servers to more remote locations, and sending info through 12 nodes takes time. What is sad about it is that they don’t tell people that before buying. I only like HUT but I live in rural SK, and we just don’t get the Internet service to compete.
Of course, EA wants players to think that a 5MB/sec connection puts everyone in a level playing field. It does not. Not even remotely.
I think as long as one remembers that EA’s goal is to get your money, the rest makes sense.
We aren't sending you through 12 nodes. We have no control over the routing your ISP provides. Hopefully, we'll have a server closer to your location at some point in the future.
