@Homie45677654 Playing defense is hard enough.. but now you have forwards boarding, charging, interfering, getting huge hits not being lined up properly etc..
So now as a defenseman you pass the puck and start going up to the blue line a couple seconds after the forward charges at you and now you can’t get up for 6 seconds.. now as a d man you’re completely taken out of the play

Most of you are just made bad plays and hold on to the puck too long. We all end up doing it at times. And when you claim to be facing away along the boards it means you turned last second and /or the player has enough speed they run into you without pressing the right stick. But please post videos of these actions.
And learn RPG elements where attributes matter, speed matters/momentum matter.
