How do I get my money back?

I “played” your “game” for about 3 hours last night and only actually played two games. CHEL drop in is broken to the point that I get legitimately angry when trying to play, despite being in a good mood beforehand.
I paid $60 for something fun, not to watch loading screens and keep restarting the application. 75% of my time spent “playing” last night was restarting the application and waiting through loading screens just to restart again.
I’ve been a devout player of Chel for 6-7 years. I’ve been through some connection bugs, but enough is enough.
I am serious that I want my money back. Please reply and tell me how to do this.

Please contact your retailer regarding the possibility of a refund, thanks.

@EA_BarryRetailers don't generally issue refunds on games because the developers have done a bad job creating them.

The developer of Cyberpunk 2077 actually set up a 'Help me refund' program for dissatisfied customers when their game was a cataclysmic failure. And their game was actually developed over several years. For close to a decade this has been a cut and paste project for the mostpart. I can't imagine it's cost a ton to develop year to year.
