Im stuck with the old roster in be a pro and can’t seem to change it even tho I use the latest one in other modes

When you download the latest roster, it doesn't update rosters that are currently in use in offline modes. If you started a new BaP, it should use the new roster.

It hasn't worked yet for me. Are we unable to use custom rosters? Only ones downloaded from EA? Because I've updated my own rosters and started new bap but always get original rosters.

Roster's work only if you skip the draft and go to your favorite team. That's at work for me anyway. Sucks but that's the way it is.
