how i put the other team on red green teal color in clubs?

You need to go to World of Chel > Settings > Audio & Visual Settings > Online Player Indicators. Change this to On and you should see the opposing team's colors.

The other team has slightly different colors to tell them apart better. I'm not aware of anyway to get them to be the same as your team.

If I remember correctly, it was either NHL 20 or NHL 19 where they had to change the player indicator colors for the other team because some streamers got confused. 

It was an awful change because being able to identify the other team's positions based on the typical color indicators was a breath of fresh air, only to have it removed because a small minority of people didn't like it.

I really wish EA would ditch this all-or-nothing approach to certain elements of the game. Give us the option to have same colors, or diffused colors for player indicators, rather than lock us in to whatever the most popular streamer wants.
