Huge lagging/freezing in rivals
Since beginning of this year rivals has huge lagging and many times end of the third period game just freeze. I have done troubleshooting for my connection. It works well. Other games has no problem...

Can you tell me what troubleshooting you've already gone through? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection and what system are you playing on? Thanks!
I made through my internet providers troubleshooting a-z. I have tried with WiFi and lan cable. I also reinstalled the game. Problem didn't go away.
obviously this not a personal internet connection issue if many players are having the same issues, it's more a EA passing buck, gaslighting users that it's their issue.

When you compare these reports to the overall population of the game, it's a small percentage of the playerbase we're hearing from. If everyone hits us up at once, we know something's going on. That's not the case currently so let me know if you'd like to go though some troubleshooting.
I'd like to apologize for that statement. I made that more out of frustration and ignorance. i know video games are not an exact science and that you guys work hard to produce a great product and help when there are issues, I certainly don't want to be one those people who trash the game without taking the time to think what actually goes into it, so for that I am sorry, keep up the good work.
