Hut auction house, broken

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Xbox Series X
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? DirtyJersey420
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Not sure
What happens when the bug occurs? Unable to relist, active auctions as they are stuck and time expired. Also i was the winning bitter on a card and it is now stuck in active bids. can’t do anything with any of these cards. Can’t put new auctions up can’t buy cards.
What do you expect to see? Hopefully this issue fixed
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Online

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 5 hrs ago and still going
What is your time zone? AST - GMT - 9:00
EASHL issues? Please insert your Club Region. None
What is your game language? English

I hope someone out there is able to help me with this problem. Whenever I win a bid, it just gets stuck in active bids I don’t either get the winning card or my coins back.  on top of all that my entire active auctions is stock I can’t put any auctions for sale or get any of the cards that I have for sale out of there. They are stuck in active auctions with zero time remaining.

    I restart my Xbox Series S  from scratch like a new One , and that still buggin ... I passed of 25 items at 21 that's the only changed in 4 hours

    I am out 157,500 Coins because my 88 OVR Mackinnon is stuck in the auction house after it ended. Along with other cards and coins that are tied up.

    I get an error code everytime I try to buy now. Then get sent back to main menu. Since last weekend.

    I messaged ea help and filed a report. They closed my case said it was fixed. I re-opened it still haven't heard anything from them. Ea help through Facebook responded a few days ago and said they were working on it still doesn't work. Sent another message two days ago no response.
