When your team is deleted, so are all the items you had. Packs that were previously opened aren't restored either. Unfortunately, I don't think there's another way to get those jerseys.
Thanks for the reply! That’s too bad. It was my first day with the game and I didn’t really know what I was doing. I originally couldn’t find the jerseys but didn’t know where to look for them, and they were most likely in my collection at that time. Then I deleted the team to start over in an effort to get the jerseys, and turns out I did the opposite and deleted them 🙂

Did you download the latest roster update? That should add them to all the offline modes. For HUT, it looks like they'll be released again starting January 3rd. More info can be found in this article. Specifically, this part -
These items will be available to everyone at any time regardless of date of purchase but will be redeemable for players who log in between November 1, 2022 and January 2, 2023. After January 2, these items will be granted to WOC players on first login and in HUT, will be available via packs.However, if you've already opened that pack, the game might not think it's your first time playing HUT. Let me know if they don't show up after the 2nd and I'll see if there's anything we can do.

I have a question. I purchased the game yesterday and had an SSL error when I tried to play. Once I was able to get past that and try to go on Ultimate Team to claim the Ducks items, I get another error saying that it cant retrieve data and to try again later (or something along those lines). Will I lose the items if I can't claim them today?
