HUT Rush & Daily Objectives

I'm trying to draft a team on HUT Rush X-Factor Arcade and keep getting the attached error. I was able to create my line up and play "Messiah" Rush with no issues. When I hit "OK" it takes me to the main game menu.

I've tried quitting and reopening the game, and I had the issue before and after playing the "Messiah" Rush game.

Playing on PS5.

If the solution is to reach out to support, could you describe how to actually get a chat? I don't see any topic options that are relevant or any links to request a live chat on the support page.
