Hut Rush 5 v 5 game bug

Product: NHL 23
Platform:Sony Playstation 4
What is your gamertag/PSN ID? ILENAPA
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Hut Rush 5v5 I have different players than I have draft.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have slower and different players than I have draft. This issue has been aalmost month, it hasn't change on different drafts. It is only in 5v5 modes.
What do you expect to see? Skilled players which I have draft.
Was the issue in online or offline mode? Offline

What time did you see the bug? (HH:MM AM/PM) 11:10 AM
What is your time zone? EET (ART) - GMT + 2:00

In Hut Rush I have different players than I have drafted. These players are not skilled or fast skaters. It is very hard to get points in this mode. This issue has been almost a month. I am coming little bit frustrated on this issue. It hasen't eveb on different drafts in different weeks. This issue is only in 5 vs. 5 Mode in Hut Rush. 3 vs 3 and everything else working without problems.

    Thank you. I'll pass this on to the team. I'll let you know when I have an update. It's a pretty strange issue. Did this just all of a sudden start happening about a month ago? If you haven't power cycled since there, try that now with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

    Also, you can try clearing your personal saved data. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data.

    Let me know what happens.

    Hello. On Last week there were no issue in Hut Rush, I just get same players than opponent. But on this week it is all old same issue... I don't get my own players in 5v5, there are same Keith and other players, I lose every skating competitions,in my team center is Jack Hughes so it is not possibly with him lose every skating competitions.



    I cleared my non online data in my Playstation, but it doesn't help on this issue... this is little bit annoying now.
