Can’t shoot when using hybrid controls on nhl 23 starts making me like change

Community ManagerGo to your Xbox settings > Devices & connections > Accessories. Check to see if the firmware is up to date. If that doesn't help, try deleting the personal saved data for NHL 23.

Press the Guide button and then highlight the [game] tile.

Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.

Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.
Still did not work feels like I’ve tried everything but nothing works, very frustrating.

Do you have another controller you can try? Also, if you switch to skill stick and then back to hybrid, does it still happen?
Ya I tried a different controller and switching to skill stick and back but nothing works, tried uninstalling and reinstalling the game also.

Can you get me video of this? I've never heard of this happening so possibly, seeing it happening will help figure out what's going on.
