"Not that I needed to know this, because I have tried it before, but I just uninstalled the game. Re-downloaded it. Unplugged my ethernet, signed out, loaded the game from scratch (original menus), chose not to sign in and not save data. Went to Offline Free Skate, where I test it normally..........and it's normal. I don't think I've ever tried it not signed into some account, even an alternate. Not that it matters because the point is to sign in online and play.
It's so painfully obvious that it's a Cloud issue, or something with the Cloud interacting with the Xbox itself. It would be nice if it got the attention it deserved. THE ISSUE IS IN NEON LIGHTS. IF this doesn't bring us closer to some actual solution, then we'll never get one."

I have no idea why it's a vocal minority of us with this input lag, syncing issue or whatever it is, but we're clearly headed in the right direction diagnosing it. It needs to be addressed.
