In the NHL 23 game, I start to play in exhibition mode or any mode and use classic 94 controls and it will not let my players either control, steal or pass the puck as crisply as it had on NHL 21. I have bought the game twice thinking it is a glitch, but it seems to do it on both games I bought
I like that mode the best, it is the least complicated for me, so if you have any suggestions please keep it to the 94 control mode.

Thanks for reaching out about this. Can you clear it up for me though? You mention that you're unable to pass or control the puck, but then you say it's not as crisp. So, are you able to pass and control the puck, but it's not working as well? If you have some video, that would help. Thanks!

Community ManagerYour videos are pretty tough to see. They're just very washed out. In the future, it would be good to follow the instructions here for getting video.
From what I can see though, you're not able to pass because of contact from other players. When there is no contact, you're able to pass fine. I'm not seeing any issues here.
