Hi there, @antking1002
Try clearing your alternate MAC address with the steps here.
Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"
Let me know if this helps or not. Thanks!
It worked once and then the next time I went to play I had the same issue. Do I have to reset mac every time I want to play chel ? That was never an issue before.

You shouldn't have to do this every time. Can you try again and let me know if the same thing happens?

So the first time I reset the Mac my game worked normally then I went to play the next night and again it was having the same issue so I reset my Mac again and it worked. No other game is having issues for me including ea games and up until two or three weeks ago I played chel with no issues.

Have you reset your router since then? Also, it would be good to see if your router needs a firmware update. If you haven't power cycled your network, do that now with these steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
