Hi there, @antking1002

Try clearing your alternate MAC address with the steps here.

Go to your Xbox Settings
Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

@EA_Aljo I just did this but it did not fix my exact issue, my router was restarted this morning
