I had the weirdest interaction with support of EA. Please help me understand.

Hey! To start with. I’m a middle aged man with a good wife and kids all that. But I always love playing NHL. It’s my passion of the few. but I’ve had couple of problems with coins that NEVER arrived...

@Uppsaladomkyrka Good luck. The customer service for NHL 23 is almost non existent. I got banned for "Scrooge Mcduck" being my player name, multiple emails and calls and I had no further answer.

    @GizzyGremlin But if ever get to talk to someone from EA I will demand the release of “Scrooge mcduck” and the one responsible of his death to explain his decision here with a minimum of 100.000 letters

      @Uppsaladomkyrka Hahaha perfect thank you. I don't think they are trolling I just think they are that incompetent and don't actually review the cases.

        An update.

        no contact established from EA (suprise).

        but something strange was in my account when I logged into it…

        I had like 10 base packs. and two more expensive packs in my inbox.

        was it only me who received this?

        or was it a “gift” from the Indian support team? Very weird coincidence.
