    Hi there, @tfinstad 

    An advisor will need to fix this for you. They should be able to see the negative balance in your escrow and set the balance to 0. This will fix it. You can open a case here to get in touch with an advisor. Thanks!

I have tried to figure this out but I can’t. I cannot open another case. Can you do this for me?

    This process is very confusing, I’ve tried opening a new case but it doesn’t work for me.

        Ok when opening a case it asks:

        1. What game? Nhl

        2. what console? Ps4

        3. Select topic? What topic do I hit on the scroll down? 
        4. Select issue? What topic do I hit on the scroll down to reach an advisor?
