I can't open a case on your behalf. Can you give me some more details? What step are you confused about?
Ok when opening a case it asks:
1. What game? Nhl
2. what console? Ps4
3. Select topic? What topic do I hit on the scroll down?
4. Select issue? What topic do I hit on the scroll down to reach an advisor?
After that what do I do? So confusing

hey, im having the same negative escrow issue and cannot open a case when i got to game progress issue.
when I open manage my account there is not option for manage account details.
I have the same problem and I have opened multiple cases but the eahelp representatives are always very confused and said for me to post on the forum instead of placing a case.
