We're keeping an eye out for an uptick in reports on this. For now, we'll need to go through connection troubleshooting to see if we can get connections improved that are experiencing lag/disconnects.

Today you flat out refused to provide me with links to submit a proper report...
Can you please define for us what is a "report" and all avenues by which one is generated?
