@EA_Aljo There is everyday multiple posts about this from NEW people in reddit. People don't use this place and many don't even know this place exists. You can ask anyone who have played this game and they say yes they have experienced this. Maybe you should try your testing (if you actually do that) during prime time on normal servers (not in dev test setup) and you understand what people are complaining about.

Community ManagerEven with the traffic we have on these boards, it's definitely not everyone that is complaining about this. Personally, I'm not lagging and the guys on my club don't. I'm not saying that everything is fine. I'm just pointing out how this isn't actually happening to everyone. We'll keep monitoring for issues with the servers.
