Try signing out of your account, go offline, load the game up, select to not sign in and not save data. Game will boot up from scratch. Then go to Offline Free Skate and tell me if it feels normal.
It's encouraging to see all my questions go unanswered though.

Community ManagerI don't have any answers for you. I've passed on all the details you provided for this investigation.
Also experiencing lag and input delay all of a sudden since the latest patch. Other games are fine, and it was fine pre-patch. It's made this game largely unplayable.
