When there is a widespread issue, we definitely hear about it. We would have a far higher number of reports. Just like we did a few years ago with the home captain input lag in EASHL. We had a ton of reports about it and tracked down the issue. Unfortunately, that's not the case this time. It would also be a lot easier if there wasn't basically an infinite amount of possible causes. We don't have the ability to test every piece of equipment, each ISP, bandwidth, etc. I know it's very easy to assume this is on our end. We haven't been without the occasional issue as well so I'm not saying it's impossible that it's on us. However, when there is a network issue stemming from our game/servers, we'd have much higher numbers of reports. We have looked into this and haven't found any issues so far.

Sure it was easier to reproduce, it took way too much time to handle the issue.No. It was acknowledged shortly after it was discovered, but took a few months to resolve due to the complexity of it.
