@SpaceFury65Uh, NO. If you're in New York and he's in Vancouver, the exact DNS that works best for him is not the same that works best for you. He could be in New York, and that'd still be the case.
You can test which one is the best for your exact connection details, if you'd like. Not using a default ISP DNS has no bearing on whether Google or OpenDNS or whatever works best for him. In fact, your ISP DNS might be the best depending. It's all pointless because it's not the DNS that is the issue in this thread. If it were that easy, we'd have this resolved in 10 seconds, man. The DNS you provided did absolutely less than nothing, and I had lower speeds yet.
I don’t understand how someone from EA couldn’t reproduce the issue of the delay increasing with each successive game. It’s clear as day. Maybe it doesn’t affect everyone due to geographical differences and different ISPs but like there has to be so many people experiencing it. How can they have no theory on why this happens
- 3 years ago@9up3dprurovj It's either that no one on EA's side is experiencing it, and this could be the case when you look at a good number of players not having this issue. Or it's that it suits EA to keep quiet about this issue so as not to invest further in fixing the issue.
Their rep comes in here and repeatedly tells us since they can't replicate it, they can't fix it. This is a tautology, its a pointless recursive statement. If they want to replicate it, they need to go where the issue is present. And since they refuse to do that, we have to assume the latter position that they're simply not interested in fixing the issue.
