If EA is actually interested in replicating this issue, they are more than welcome to my apartment to experience what I have experienced on a nearly daily basis for 7 years now. Do your due diligence @EA_Aljo

I'm sure we could replicate the issue at your apartment. That would only point to it being a problem with your ISP or home network. We need to replicate this everywhere in order to find an actual issue. So far, we haven't been able to do that.
