Issue with Powerplay pack released 11/25

Hello, HUT Fans! The recently released Powerplay pack wasn’t providing some players with the guaranteed four 80+ OVR player items. Because of this we will be providing players affected with 80+ make good packs for each 80+ player item they didn’t receive sometime in the near future.

    Hello, everyone. A make good was issued for this so those affected should have received it. Thanks for sticking with us!

    Hi i just realized that it was 4 guaranteed 80+, don't remember if i got them or not. Will EA know by themselves which ones did or didn't get?

    Thanks! I am gonna sell that 80 overall player for 1100 coins so hard.

    Yes. We have a list of the affected players and will be issuing a make good.

    This is still being looked in to. Hopefully, it'll be resolved soon. Apologies for the delay. If you want to ask me about it again in a couple of days, I may have an update. If I hear something before then, I'll let you know.
