Thanks for reaching out about this. I'll try to help find out what's going on. First, are you on a wired or wireless connection? Also, have you tried all the troubleshooting steps here?

Thanks for getting back to me. Have you tried using alternate DNS settings? Those instructions are here. If you don't see a difference, try the Google DNS servers. Those are: Primary alt number 8.8.8.8 - Secondary alt number 8.8.4.4.
Also, make sure there's no damage with your ethernet cable. It should be at least Cat6 as well.
