3 years agoHello, @PlaymakerSJ
We're not aware of any issues currently. Try power cycling your equipment with these steps - unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!

problem occured
- Blambo_svk3 years agoRising Hotshot@PlaymakerSJ I had something similar with nhl22, I put a new wifi router and it stopped
- 3 years ago@Blambo_svk So you bought a new router because of it? I‘ll have to wait a few months then
- Blambo_svk3 years agoRising Hotshot@PlaymakerSJ so I had a new one, so hey, I changed it because the game was running normally on the old one, then the patch came and I was kicked from the server, it was at 22, I was afraid when I switched to the new net that I would have the same problem again on nhl23, but it's fine normal and I have a new router :D

Did power cycling help again? Also, you can try all the troubleshooting steps here. Thanks!
- 3 years ago@EA_Aljo I already tried all of this. As I said I don‘t have a bad ping or input lag. The game runs fluently, then suddenly I just lose connection to the EA Server for no reason. I play the NHL series many years now I never had this problem.

Which system are you playing on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?
