@EA_Aljo I already tried all of this. As I said I don‘t have a bad ping or input lag. The game runs fluently, then suddenly I just lose connection to the EA Server for no reason. I play the NHL series many years now I never had this problem.

Which system are you playing on and is a wired or wireless connection being used?

Sorry about that. Did you ever try doing that packet loss test I mentioned?
- 3 years ago@EA_Aljo Well in NHL 23 you can actually see ingame if there is any packet loss. Always 0% and game runs fluently

Can you try running a packet loss test outside of the game? Normally, speed tests automatically do this. You should be able to easily find one by searing for it online. In most cases, sudden disconnects are due to spikes in packet loss. How frequently are you disconnecting? Is it happening in most of your games? Also, have you tried speaking with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues? - 3 years ago@EA_Aljo It is happening in like every 5-10 game. In Eashl (club games) it did not happen yet. Neither in Squad battles. I played a few drop in club games to test
