Can you try running a packet loss test outside of the game? Normally, speed tests automatically do this. You should be able to easily find one by searing for it online. In most cases, sudden disconnects are due to spikes in packet loss. How frequently are you disconnecting? Is it happening in most of your games? Also, have you tried speaking with your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues?
