This happens in all modes where the LW on the 4 man PP will move to the C and visa versa this also happens with PK lines even if you manually edit and have auto edit turned off for some reason this always happens it’s more noticeable in franchise then any other mode. so you will set the lines up Zibanejab C - Kreider LWFox D - Miller D you'll then leave edit lines but it’ll instantly change both Kreider to C and Zibanejab to the LW when they’re on the 4 man PP same happens with the PK

They won’t care.Also, since the patch I’ve noticed almost no franchises I start will have the 1-3-1 power play strategy anymore. I tried creating a franchise with the Predators 10 times and the powerplay strategy just kept alternating between shooting and overload.

I also have this bug after the patch and i think most of us have so good job EA you have now destroyed the game even more after the patch it really must be 3 drunken monkeys programming the game i have no other explanation i have lost all hope for this game.

So your LW/RW are going against their C and usually lose and it costs you games especially if you sim any

@DeMiGoD1988 Also only got it after the patch, makes franchise mode essentially unplayable which is the only reason I got the game. Unless GM Connected somehow comes back I'm certainly not getting NHL24.

There is a work around in franchise however it’s tiring. Basically go to the 4 man PP you’ll see the LW and C switched, change to the ahl roster then back again while in edit lines, when you come back the C and LW should be back where they should be.. however every time you need to fix the rosters you’ll need to do this again

Only way i can solve this bug is to have 2 centers in the same line and have the winger i want to have placed in on of the defence position.
