Thanks for sharing your experience with us, to confirm we are unable to assist with updating account information on an EA account here on Answers HQ.
You will need to log into your EA Account Portal to update your account information. If you are unable to log in, Try resetting your EA account password at help.ea.com
If you are unable to access your email, see if you can get assistance from your provider on recovering access. If not try the steps listed in our help article: I can't log in to my EA Account
