Iam having the same issue. Old email I can’t access. EA support is of no help. Been emailing back and forth for days. There has to be a fix for this. Dealing with the support is extremely frustrating.
I have the same issue. Always logged in via Playstation ...even now I can get in to my account. I need to change my a-mail however. My e-mail address is obsolete and I cannot access it any more and it is the only way to verify anything (including changing the e-mail). Any attempt to open a case - goes back to my account. How the hell do you open a ticket to change your e-mail if you can still login. Pretend you cannot?
It seems impossible even to contact a support agent - see here.. we cannot help you in the formum... frustrating. I am glad I do not currently play EA games online. Have purchased quite a few but will need to stop now.
