Login Verification - Cannot access old E-mail from previous ISP

I have the same issue. Always logged in via Playstation ...even now I can get in to my account. I need to change my a-mail however. My e-mail address is obsolete and I cannot access it any more and it is the only way to verify anything (including changing the e-mail). Any attempt to open a case - goes back to my account. How the hell do you open a ticket to change your e-mail if you can still login. Pretend you cannot? 

 It seems impossible even to contact a support agent - see here.. we cannot help you in the formum... frustrating. I am glad I do not currently play EA games online. Have purchased quite a few but will need to stop now.

You can open a case with the account you're posting with if you can't log into the one that needs to be verified. Just let the advisor know which account you need help with. Cases can be opened here.
