@EA_Aljo Well I'm an IT guy and usually good for troubleshooting in the right order but I don't see how my brand new PS5 and a fresh install of the game would create that with the very powerful internet I have. I tried to launch a few games from my work phone's hotspot but as this is extremely random I guess I'll need to keep doing it for a longer period of time despite that connection being way to slow to play seriously... and see if I get the error while using this connection as well. I'll keep you posted.

Community ManagerThanks for trying that. If you don't get any disconnects, that points to an issue with the normal connection you play on.
- @EA_Aljo So I tried to play a Hut Rush game just now, got a: Failed to retreive data; please try again later, with an error code with 3x 16digit hexa code.
Then I jumped on my work phone hotspot to see if I would go trough, but I got the same error as well when I tried to play a game again.
So far on my hotspot I didn't have the " You were disconnected from the EA servers error" but again it's so random and can't play on the hotspot all the time, usually If I go from my wired connection to my wifi connection the next attempt at playing works.- EA_Aljo

Does the next game after that disconnect?
Any updates on this? My 9 year old son is losing his mind, and I don't blame him. Roughly 300 mbps, I'm streaming video calls all day in the same space and he's dropping at least 3 out of every 10 offline HUT Squad Battle.
You all going to fix this anytime soon?
