Thanks for reporting this. Are you all on Series X or just @37e85b1300821b0a? If not, please state which console you're on. Also, it would be good to power cycle. To do that, unplug your modem, router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem and router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not.
@EA_Aljo I’m on PS5. Tried the power cycle and a de/re-install and still getting the same error message.

Try deleting your personal saved data. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data.
- frink852 years agoRising Traveler@EA_Aljo I figured it out from another post https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Failed-to-retrieve-data/m-p/12240609#M2280 and deleted my personal saved data. It did not fix the issue I'm still unable to play the Mascot Madness mode in Rush.
