2 years agoTry deleting your personal saved data. It's possible you could lose any offline saves and changes to settings. Normally, those will download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee that will happen. Go to Settings/Storage/System. Locate NHL 23 and delete the saved data.

@EA_Aljo I figured it out from another post https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Failed-to-retrieve-data/m-p/12240609#M2280 and deleted my personal saved data. It did not fix the issue I'm still unable to play the Mascot Madness mode in Rush.

I have a couple more suggestions, but I'm not optimistic they'll work. Worth a shot though.
Try deleting your gamertag off your console and add it again.
Also, on your Xbox, go to Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent Storage > Clear persistent storage.
Let me know if either of these help.
