People played without 3v3 club in the past.
Actually back when the game and population was in a better place.
I really think auto 1+timers would be like if between the leg passes was automated. Just passing shouldn't automatically activate something special. Instead you must use the correct controls to take advantage of a special skill.
Holding right stick forward for 10 seconds waiting for the pass to come your way shouldn't be rewarded.
When it comes to goalies being better with them is fine. I was suggesting along with forced manual one-timers, the power also be increased on these significantly. If it's harder the reward should be better.

True but then again, you had poeples complaining about small group of 2-3 guys jumping in 6s club, which bring 3s club as a great solution to that issue.
You said it yourself, the population used to be in a better place so the question is: Is 3s the problem or the size of the community? To me the answer is obvious.
Poeples that play 3s were already playing 3s (to some degree) in the past.....in 6s club filled by bots, problem solved now with the addition of 3s club.
The problem are not the game modes, its the splited community, thanksfully cross console is there now....if only we also had cross generation too the game and specifically clubs games would be in a healty state.
Between the leg passes are actually easier to pull than manual one-T imo but also not half as meaningfull as one-T. They are rarely used and even more rarely necessary, they are only useful on very specific occasion and yes they should be somewhat hard to use, they are a gimmick just like any advanced dekes.
You are comparing tomatoes with apples there. Shots, passes, one-T, pokes, etc are the base and most natural things to do and are to happens in hockey games, they are not ''niché'' things like dekes, between the legs passes that require particular skills to pull.
One-T arent hard and shouldnt be hard to make, its nothing out of the ordinary.
Maybe adding a +2-3 in accuracy and power when you use it manual would make more sense than literally taking the auto one-T out.
Also making it manual would just create an even bigger skills gap than it is already. Can you imagine all the bellow average players or new guys coming to the game attempting manual one-T? Ooooofff it hurt just to think about it lol
Cheers.
